Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without being required to provide a reason for their decision.
The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the customer, or a third person appointed by the customer other than the carrier, receives the product.
2. Withdrawal Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the business within the legal period of 14 days.

After notifying the business, the customer must return the product within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with its original packaging, accompanying documents, accessories and the receipt or invoice of purchase.
3. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the business will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, provided that the return conditions are met.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The business reserves the right to delay the refund until it has received the product or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Products that have been opened, used or damaged beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Custom-made products, personalized products or products manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements, such as custom rigs, modded parts or special orders.
Software, digital content or intangible products delivered immediately after purchase.
Products sold “as is”, provided this has been clearly stated before the purchase.
Products with visible physical damage, misuse, intervention, modification or wear that is not due to a manufacturing defect.
5. Return Costs Due to Withdrawal
In the case of a return due to withdrawal or change of mind by the customer, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment by the business, the return shipping costs are covered by the business, following prior communication and approval.

6. Product Return Conditions
For a product return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
It must be accompanied by all accessories, cables, manuals, parts and printed materials included at the time of purchase.
It must be accompanied by the retail receipt or purchase invoice.
It must not show visible physical damage caused by misuse, dropping, intervention, incorrect installation or accidental mishandling.
The customer must have contacted the business in advance for approval and return instructions.
7. Product Warranty
Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration and specific warranty terms may vary depending on the product and the manufacturer.
The business may assist with technical support, inspection procedures, repair, replacement or communication with the manufacturer, where required.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
Improper or unsuitable use.
Incorrect installation or assembly.
Dropping, impact, moisture, power surge or normal wear and tear.
Modification, opening, intervention or repair by an unauthorized person.
Use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Defective Products
In the case of a defective product, the customer must contact the business as soon as possible, providing a description of the issue and, where requested, photos or videos proving the defect.
After inspecting the product, the business may, depending on the case, offer:
Repair of the product.
Replacement with the same or an equivalent product.
Refund of the purchase amount, where repair or replacement is not possible.
The final solution depends on the nature of the defect, product availability and the manufacturer’s terms.
9. Product Return Procedure

Wait for instructions from the business regarding the procedure and return address.
Package the product safely so that it is protected during transport.
Send the product by courier or another accepted shipping method, following prior agreement.
Products sent without prior communication with the business may not be accepted.
10. Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a defective product or incorrect shipment by the business, the return shipping costs are covered by the business, provided that prior approval has been given.
In cases of change of mind, incorrect product choice by the customer or withdrawal without a defect, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
11. Processing Time for Returns and Warranties
The assessment of a return, defect or warranty claim may take from 14 to 30 days, depending on the type of product, the nature of the issue and the cooperation with the manufacturer or supplier.
The business makes every possible effort to serve the customer as quickly as possible.
